PROJECT OVERVIEW

Melia Rial Interior Design was engaged to deliver the interior design for Premise's workplace fitout, creating a contemporary office environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and day to day functionality.

The project was designed to provide a variety of work settings that accommodate focused work, informal interaction, team collaboration, and client engagement. Through strategic space planning and a carefully curated material palette, the fitout delivers a professional and welcoming workplace that reflects the culture and operational needs of the business.

DESIGN APPROACH

The design set out to create a connected workplace that encourages interaction and communication between teams, while providing a range of settings for different ways of working.

Open-plan workspaces are complemented by meeting rooms, an executive boardroom, collaborative breakout spaces, and informal gathering areas. A feature workplace kitchen and breakout hub sits at the heart of the office, serving as a natural destination that encourages connection and fuels the rhythm of the working day.

Natural timber finishes, integrated planting, custom joinery, and contemporary furnishings bring warmth, texture, and visual interest throughout. Feature booth seating, suspended shelving, and collaborative meeting settings add character and variety, making the workplace as engaging to move through as it is to work in.
