PROJECT OVERVIEW
Melia Rial Interior Design was engaged to design the office and warehouse fitout for Innovync, creating a contemporary workplace that supports the operational requirements of a growing industrial business.
The fitout brings together office accommodation, meeting rooms, staff amenities, and warehouse facilities within a cohesive workplace. The design balances functionality with a refined material palette, delivering a practical workspace that supports day to day operations while presenting a professional environment for staff and visitors.
DESIGN APPROACH
The design set out to create a workplace that connects administrative and operational functions with ease. Private offices and meeting rooms provide spaces for focused work, presentations, and client meetings, while the workplace kitchen and breakout area offer well considered staff amenities that support the rhythms of the working day.
Custom joinery is a defining feature throughout, integrating meeting room storage, workplace amenities, and functional cabinetry into a unified design. Natural timber finishes, stone surfaces, black detailing, and glazed partitions introduce texture and warmth while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic well suited to an industrial setting.
Considered space planning ensures the office functions efficiently alongside the adjoining warehouse, creating a workplace that supports both current operations and future growth.
